Maintaining the P & PC balance

Muhammad Ammad Aziz

Hola!, Amigos

"A person keeps on learning throughout his life and this is a necessity and an obligation to stay alive and thrive on the way of struggling and accommodating through the wide path of difficulties, till he gets out of it."

My beloved readers, I feel happy to be writing for you today. I have come up with a whole new lesson, better yet an already present idea in the nature that I'm just covering it up here in my article.

Well, to start with, You must have listened the story about the geese who would give a golden egg to its owner (farmer) everyday. The farmer was himself a poor guy but with this fortune, a golden egg everyday, made him rich. But what happened in the end? We all know it already. Greed took over him, although the farmer had become rich, and he teared the geese off in order to get the golden eggs all at once.

This story had a very vivid idea about P & PC balance and not mere the conclusion of*just to get rid of greed and you will be all okay* and trust me if we implement it on our lives, we can change a lot more and accommodate '...through wide path of difficulties...' and make ourselves and this world a better place.

P stands for Product and PC stands for Product Capability. Let us assume, someone bought a printing machine and he gets several hundreds and thousands of papers printed out of it everyday (The Product). The quality that machine produces is its capability (Product Capability). Well, without any maintenance that machine would work for a one whole year, giving good quality printing and all that. But after a one whole year, the papers quality printed starts to reduce. That's because you turned a blind eye to the printing machine decreasing its "Product Capability" because you were getting good quality printing up till now "The Product".

Now implement it on the story of farmer and the geese. The production of golden eggs by geese was her product capability and the Golden Eggs itself were Product. The farmer did not care about Product Capability and cared more about the Product (Golden eggs) than the geese itself. And he eventually, he ended up getting nothing in his hands.

The Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Management itself teaches you to maintain the P/PC balance. The direct and inverse relation, here, applies at the same time. If you increase PC the P also increases but if you increase the P, forgetting about the PC; it decreases.

A good leader cares for its PRODUCT CAPABILITY. Let it be workers in an office, organization or industries, Machines in industries and every department. You name it. If you start to apply P/PC balance in your life, it can alone contribute a lot for your good reputation and earn you respect.

Thank you
Regards
Mohammad Ammad
